What is a "Drop" and how does it work?
Instead of mass-producing our clothing, ZOLDYK releases highly exclusive, limited-edition collections called "Drops." Once a drop sells out, those specific colorways or designs may never be restocked. To make sure you don't miss out, join our network via the email form at the bottom of our site.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped from our facility in India. Standard processing takes 2-4 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
How do Zoldyk clothes fit?
Our gear is designed with a modern streetwear aesthetic, meaning most of our t-shirts and hoodies feature an oversized, dropped-shoulder fit. We recommend ordering your true size for the intended relaxed look, or sizing down if you prefer a standard, fitted look. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because drops are highly limited and process quickly, we have a very narrow window to modify orders. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please email support@zoldyk.com within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be changed.
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging. Because our stock is extremely limited, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for full details and instructions.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, ZOLDYK ships exclusively within India. We are actively working on expanding our logistics to serve our global community. Stay tuned to our social media and newsletter for updates on international shipping.
