1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. It must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Free of any stains, odors, or damage.
• In the original packaging with all ZOLDYK tags attached.

Note: Accessories and items purchased during a clearance sale are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. The Drop Model & Exchanges

Because ZOLDYK operates on a limited-drop model, our inventory is highly exclusive and sells out quickly. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exchanges for different sizes or colors.

If you need a different size, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order if the desired item is still in stock.

• A brief reason for the return
• Photographic evidence if the item arrived damaged or defective

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement if stock permits, or a full refund.
