1. Processing Times
Because ZOLDYK operates on a high-demand drop model, order processing times may vary. Standard orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
We partner with premium courier services to ensure your gear arrives safely. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 4 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping (if applicable): 2 to 4 business days.
Please note that delivery times to remote areas or the North East may take slightly longer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping during exclusive drops or for orders over a specific value—these promotions will be announced on our website and social channels.
4. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.
Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the courier's system.
5. International Shipping
Currently, ZOLDYK exclusively ships within India. We are working on expanding our logistics to serve our global community soon. Join our newsletter to be notified when international shipping goes live.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
